Contact support

Email [email protected]. We aim to respond within two business days.

For a technical problem, it helps to include:

  • your BPal app version;
  • your iPhone model and iOS version, and your Apple Watch model if the problem involves the watch app;
  • for a Bluetooth problem, the make and model of your blood pressure monitor;
  • the steps that reproduce the problem;
  • a screenshot, if it does not contain sensitive information.

Please do not email blood pressure readings, medication details, reports, backup files or other sensitive health information.

Medical questions

BPal support cannot interpret readings or provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The App records readings you take with your own monitor — it does not measure blood pressure and is not a medical device. Contact a qualified healthcare professional if you have a question about your readings, your targets or your care plan.

If you record a reading where systolic is over 180 or diastolic is over 120, or you have symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, vision changes or trouble speaking, contact emergency services rather than support.
